I set out to create an experimental AI film where

Santa saves Delhi from the AQI Monster, pushing

AI tools to their limits.

Using MidJourney and Ideogram, I generated

visuals, then animated them with Hailuo and Kling.

Character consistency and clarity were major

challenges, requiring multiple iterations. After

refining the footage, I added sound design to

enhance the atmosphere.
